I left you trail of clues

They are so obvious only a fool would not see them

Won’t you see the way I always look up your work schedule to see if we work together?

to pass on your floor at school 
for a chance to see you?

Won’t you see the way I make fun of you 
is to have your attention?
Won’t you see the way I poke you 
to be able to touch you?

Won’t you see the way the list goes on and on?
Why can’t you see the way I was a fool?
Why can’t you forgive my moment of weakness?
So I stand alone behind you in the shadows of my mistakes

I continue to leave a trail in hopes 
that one day you will see it
