Friend zone

I've gone astray,
'to an abyss of 
forlorn dreams,

beneath the dismal sky
where moon and Orion
shine bright in oblivion,

where strength is starved
to summon the warmth
of the morning light,

where darkness eats
thy crumbs of faith,
and coldness burns

and breaks thy bones
as dawn rekindles 
thy lust for thine kiss

till thou shiver in pain
and writhe to death
that knows no end.
