Dead and gone

It seems so long ago 
So long ago you were buried 
Beneath the colored skin was a human so completely innocent
who had done nothing wrong

When we found out you had left in your sleep
I out of all the people broke down into tears 

When we went to your funeral I realized 
my baby had left me forever
Missing you is terrible more or less painful 

When i saw your face your little angel face 
laying inside that coffin
That same coffin they closed that dreadful day 
I realized that I could never watch you grow up and become someone I will never learn to be.

I will never see you not until I die 
maybe that will be sooner that what is expected 
but I can't help but miss you 
Goodbye for now for forever
