I was in 8th grade, and having an awful year. My best friend Jeremy just happened to be the one I really liked and wanted to be with for the rest of my life. I was asking friends for advice and reading books on how to tell if he likes you....... I was head over heels. He kept what I thought was "hinting", but things were about to change. We were laughing and walking side by side on the way to gym. He asked me what I was doing the day of the dance. I panicked.I told him that I didn't know if I was even going. He said that he was forcing me to go whether i liked it or not.....:)The day of the dance he had the goofiest hair style. I acted like everything was fine and didn't care about it. But then, a girl from my English class the previous year came up to us. (we were with two other people) She started looking into his eyes and brushing his hair and giggling. Then, she gave me a dirty look. I started to tear up, but then reminded my self not to look too jealous. She grabbed his hand and took him away, running. In pictures, she would smile and hug his shoulder,leaving me out of the photo, just the top of my head showing. When the person taking the picture asked me why I wasn't smiling, she said just to cut me out of the picture RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE. For the rest of the night, this flirting continued, and he didn't even notice I was gone. When love songs came on, she would act as if she was singing to him. (you know, pointing to him and signaling to come closer, singing to him, etc.) At school the next day,the same. And so the story is left discontinued, for I have to find out what is to happen next...
