Loving you the way I did made me realize that the only way to forget you was to kill you, but, I can't kill someone I cared for so much.

Everyone changes.
But that's okay.
You just have to remember who you were.

Everyone's gonna die. It's a natural part of life. But if life has no purpose, you're dead already.

Happiness isn't something to lose, it's something to fight for.
Crying, doesn't make you weak.
Your emotions matter. 
Every milisecond of your pain is worth something. It's DOING something.
It's okay to make mistakes, everyone does.
Relapses happen. It does not mean you're a failure.
Just breathe.
You're here and alive today, and that is something to be proud of.
Bad days happen. So do good ones.
You are deserving of love.
It's not weak to rely on others or ask for help.

So don't give up. Keep breathing.
