My life so far

Vic

21 Apr, 2015 12:08 AM

I'm almost a sophomore in high school and I don't care if you believe me or not but my story is not your average story. I'm a artist (and I'm trying out writing) but Something terrible happened a year ago. Something that I will never forget. I come from a Mexican family and I'm learning Spanish in school but I live in an apartment next to a busy street (you can imagine how hard it is to get some sleep around here). My neighbors are Arabic and they can actually speak with their parents in another language but half the time I didn't understand what they were saying. Well it was my last year of middle school and my neighbor started bothering me and joking about fighting with me and I kinda brushed it off. Then people started dying. Beloved family members and my friends families started to die leaving... [Read More]

All alone forever

The broken girl

18 Apr, 2015 03:16 PM

I literally will be all alone......forever. Me I am the cheerful kind person everyone loves except some people don't see me like that. I have a lot of friends because I study people and then act like their ideal person. I'm not pretending. Each person I act like is just another part of me. Though I always regret it in the end because when I act like myself they think I'm acting weird. I get sad when they look up what our names mean and it shows the exact description of the TRUE me in the middle of all those other ones because when they see it they say its the exact opposite of me or its nothing like me. People pretend they know me all the time when they really don't. I just smile and agree but what they also don't know is I'm a great actress too. Incident... [Read More]

The names are hidden for some privacy reasons.. "Di***h" -The Boy, "Ar***a" -The Girl. -------------------------------- There lived a boy in India, who was jobless and wanted to get in a government job… Though he prepared well, he couldn’t clear any of the government exams. One year passed. He realized that he couldn’t compete with the North Indian aspirants, since they are very much aware of these government exams and also well trained accordingly…. In order to increase his competence level, he created an account in an online forum. He was very much determined and started to use the forum to his best. Days passed by… He found himself in a position where his competence level is way higher than his previous one. He realized that this forum would surely help him in getting a grade/scale- 1 government job. But he never thought it’ll also get him the love of his... [Read More]

Young Betrayal

Dani

14 Dec, 2014 07:40 AM

This is a true story that has actually happened to me. *Disclaimer, this is pretty bizarre so while it's okay to have an opinion, please respect it. Thank you* There was this young girl who was working on towards her career meaning she was still in grade school and here was a man who has a job, kids, and financial stability. This was their story of buried love. They have seen each other for about 3-4 years about three times a week because they both attended the same church. They girl at the time was 13 when she first started while the man was 27. He had two beautiful darling daughters who attended with him that were aged 5 and 7. How much did the young girl loved them since she was a bible school teacher there. The man also worked with her too but little did they know that... [Read More]

A Broken Road

Nathanael

02 Dec, 2014 05:00 PM

A Broken Road It was a late October afternoon and while many families were in their homes having dinner, or perhaps watching television together, a car pulled to the side of Farm Road 117 in Orange County, Missouri. While the car was of a beautiful silver, and was no less than a luxury vehicle, the woman driving alone inside wanted nothing to do with the car or anything else. This woman’s name was Tina and as she sat in the stalled car crying, the autumn wind blew gently through the trees of many colors. Her crying had caused her eyeliner and mascara to smear, giving her the illusion of two black eyes. Her sobs reverberated through the air for she was no longer trying to contain her sorrow. To her right, two squirrels quickly jumped from one tree to another as thoughts of loneliness and worthlessness flashed through her mind.... [Read More]

Only if I said it Sooner

As long as Henry could remember, the first time he laid his eyes on Sally in seventh grade, he instantly fell in love with her. He became good friends with Sally, but he was never able to gather up the courage to express his feelings for her. As high school came along, Henry moved to the other part of town. Henry went to a different high school and he felt the distance between him and Sally growing. Henry was a tall boy with a lean, muscular build. He had thin black hair and was the class clown. He was likable and easy to get along with. Because he was a class clown, no one really took him seriously. Sally also had black hair. She was not too fat, but also not too skinny either. She had a sweet personality that could make any boy fall for her the instant she... [Read More]
